Bulgarian Adoption Council Updates

With the implementation of a child centered adoption process for the children of Bulgaria, the International Adoption Council, which reviews all files for adoption, has began to post their process on the Ministry of Justice website. Meeting weekly, the adoption council must now report on their progress with such information as to how many files they reviewed, how many children's files were added to the registry and even how many referrals were made each week. All families are able to track the progress of the International Adoption Council online by clicking here. However, AGCI is pleased to provide translated weekly updates as adoptions in Bulgaria proceed.
