How Do I Apply ?

Orientation Packet: $250.00

If your family is ready to move forward, the next step is to apply for an orientation packet. Please contact our office at 800.214.6719 and speak with one of our adoption consultants to start your application for adoption through our agency. The cost of this packet is $250.00 and contains the following items:

  • Service agreements for specific country
  • Schedule of Fees for specific country

Application process:

  • Make sure you qualify for the country of choice. If you have any questions, please contact one of our Pre-Adoption Consultant.
  • Pay the application fee of $250.00. You can send in a check or call the office.
  • Within 3 business day of AGCI receiving your application, we will let you know if your application has been approved.
  • Once approved, we will send you the orientation packet.

Download an application today. Please print off this form, fill it out and mail to AGCI. One of our adoption consultants will be in contact with you.

Dossier Process:

Once your family is ready to proceed with the dossier process, you would need to send back in the following to AGCI:

  • All service agreements
  • Schedule of Fee’s
  • Picture of family and house
  • Agency Fee
  • Orphan care Fee

Once AGCI receives your information, we will send the dossier packet by overnight delivery as well as contact your home study provider to issue our home study guidelines.
