Orphan homes and foster care homes are at the heart of AGCI’s ministry to orphans throughout the world. We answer God’s call to care for orphans by collaborating with Partner Homes and Grantee Homes to make a difference in the lives of children.
Hannah’s Hope Partner Homes
In countries where it is not possible for AGCI to operate a Hannah’s Hope Home, we seek to develop ongoing partnerships with orphanages and/or foster homes that share our commitment to holistic care for children.
Through the ongoing generosity of our donors, we are able to provide financial support, specialized training, equipment, and supplies to supplement the basic care our Hannah’s Hope partners can provide. AGCI is currently developing Partner Home relationships with orphanages in China and Haiti.

Grantee Homes
Throughout the world, AGCI works with many orphanages and foster homes that are committed to providing good quality care but lack consistent funding, equipment, and/or training. Because of their funding limitations and other conditions, these homes will probably never be able to provide the quality of care of a Hannah’s Hope or Partner Home. However, their services are critical for thousands of special needs orphans each year. AGCI currently has Grantee Home relationships with orphanages and foster care homes in Bulgaria, China, Ethiopia, Haiti, and Rwanda.

Providing Support and Accountability
Partner Homes and Grantee Homes submit annual requests for operating funds, projects, and programs that are evaluated and prioritized by AGCI’s experienced international staff. Periodic progress reports are shared with our supporting Partners through quarterly updates. By helping Partner Homes and Grantee Homes prioritize projects and be accountable for funds and services, we help ensure that children’s needs are being met and that contributors’ funds are being used effectively and as intended. Admittedly, AGCI receives far more requests than our current program can support, but as the number of supporting Partners grows, we look forward to expanding the care for special needs orphans to more communities throughout the world.
