He talks a lot and is always willing to talk but his speech is not very clear because of his repaired cleft lip and palate. He can walk and trot and has good motor development. He can already put on clothes and pants by himself. He is very smart, healthy, has a good appetite and goes to the potty by himself. He is described as cute, lovely, active and extroverted. He loves foreigners and likes to be held by men. He is described as a well-rounded little boy. He can walk and even stand on tip-toe to reach an object on the table.He was slightly delayed in his gross motor function but after receiving motion training he is now developmentally on track. He is not afraid of strangers.Under the care of the orphanage workers he is growing up happily and healthily. He was found on June 15, 2005 by a police officer after an emergency call about an abandoned infant in a temple. After the police failed to locate his relatives and confirmed that the child was abandoned, he was brought to the orphanage the same day. His birth date was determined by a note that came with him to be June 12, 2005. When he arrived he weighed 8.2 pounds and was 20.1 inches long. His head and chest measured 13.8 inches and 13.4 inches each. He had cleft lips but was otherwise healthy and normal. He had surgery to repair his cleft lip on April 6, 2006 and it was successful.
