She is currently 46 inches tall and weighs 46 pounds. She has been going to school since this September and is in grade one class two at elementary school. Her mental development is normal. She is interested in studying, especially Chinese lessons, math is a little difficult for her but she learns consciously. She runs and jumps. She is talkative, she can express her feelings, and her wishes very well. She can communicate with others without problem, she can tell stories, and she likes to read. She can put on and take off clothes herself, feed herself, wash up and goes potty herself without help. She can also help elders to do some simple housework. She is active and extroverted. She gets along well with family, teachers and classmates. She likes to dance and draw. She has a good appetite and is not a picky eater. She eats well and sleeps well.

She was found on October 26, 2001 by a villager outside the Bai He town clinic.The villager reported the case to the local police who confirmed that she was abandoned and took her to the orphanage on the same day. Based on her development her birth date was determined to be August 3, 2001. When she arrived at the orphanage she weighed 14.3 pounds and was 24.8 inches long. Her head measured 16.1 inches and her chest measured 15.8 inches. She was alert and appeared healthy.It was later determined that she was Hepatitis B positive. At her last exam on February 8, 2007 she was 44.1 pounds and 44.1 inches tall.

At one year old she was placed in a foster home and she began to open up. After her first month in the foster home she was able to walk while holding an adults hand and ask for help when she needed to go to the bathroom.After a while she began to walk on her own. She has been developing normally and loves to attend preschool.In preschool she has learned to count form one to ten and can write the numbers 1 and 2. She can recognize a dozen Chinese characters and almost write her own name.She likes to draw, write, and watch TV.She has a good appetite and likes a drink of milk when she gets up every morning.She is especially interested in dance and has asked her foster mom to take her to learn Latin dance. She has a strong desire to learn.
