Waiting ChildrenOpen a door of hopeHe was found abandoned at the gate of the orphanage in February 2004. It was determined by his physical development that his birth date was in September 2001. When he entered the orphanage he was 39.3 inches tall and weighed 24.2 pounds. He was diagnosed with congenital left equinovarus otherwise known as club foot. When he came into the orphanage the doctors determined that he had missed the best opportunity to repair the equinovarus otherwise known as club foot and even if he underwent surgery he would not reach the most positive target. In order to give him the best opportunity doctors performed an operation in May 2004 to lengthen his left Achilles tendon, fuse three of his joints and he had a round osseous point internal fixation surgery. The surgery went well and he went for rehabilitation and massage after to help him walk. He walks normally now and likes gymnastics.
