FROM DANGER TO SAFETY
When a child enters AGCI’s care, the first thing they experience is safety.
In our Houses of Hope and Child Advocacy Centers around the world, in-country care teams provide:
Emergency support for children in crisis
Protection from danger, abuse, and exploitation
Trauma-wise care—a model built on trust and compassion, so children who have faced abuse can begin to heal
Children are connected to safe adults who demonstrate that God sees, values, and loves them.

After Isabella’s dad died and her mom was arrested for his murder, she felt completely hopeless. Today, she lives with her aunt, Dolores, who does her best to protect her. But Dolores desperately needs assistance. She works long hours, barely earning enough to survive. Without support, Isabella will often be left unsupervised. In their Colombian community, she will be at risk of trafficking, exploitation, and gang violence.
